Many frustrations can be solved with a few simple tips. Our help page offers quick solutions for common issues.
Did you know that returns in Europe cause thousands of tons of CO2 every year? Every unnecessary shipping route adds pressure on our environment.
On average, a return causes EUR 15 in shipping and handling costs. Please understand that, also for environmental reasons, we cannot cover these costs in full.
Why a return is rarely the best solution:
- You have to pack the parcel and take it to the post office.
- You cover the shipping costs.
- We have extra work for inspection and restocking.
- Every shipping route increases CO2 emissions.
- In the end, you (and we) are left dissatisfied.

Next steps
Please send the items safely and in their original packaging to our returns address. You cover the shipping costs yourself.
If the VacuJars have already been unpacked, you are welcome to keep them free of charge - we cannot resell them. If they are still unopened in their original packaging, we would be very grateful if you sent them back together with the parcel. In both cases, you will receive the full purchase price back. Unfortunately, this offer does not apply to Mason Jars.
As soon as your return has arrived with us, we inspect the condition of the products. If everything is in order, you will receive the full purchase amount back to your original payment method. However, if we notice heavy signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to withhold the refund in whole or in part.
Your return must arrive with us within 3 weeks. After that, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible.
