Jar Compatibility Guide

The EcoSeal Pro can be used in two ways: directly with our matching Seal it! jars, or with the new AnySeal System for many of your own jars and containers.

The best part: it is not either-or. You can simply insert and remove the AnySeal Adapter. This means you can use the same EcoSeal Pro to vacuum seal Seal it! jars directly and also use your own jars and containers with matching AnySeal Lids.

The two worlds of the EcoSeal Pro

1. Vacuum seal directly - with Seal it! jars

For direct vacuum sealing, you place the EcoSeal Pro directly onto the matching Seal it! jar. You use the regular lid of the respective jar: with our VacuJars, this is a classic twist-off lid; with Ball Mason Jars, it is the original two-piece Mason Jar lid. So you do not need any special vacuum lids.

Seal it! jars are the ideal all-in-one solution if you want a coherent system: jar, lid, and EcoSeal Pro are perfectly matched. At the same time, they look premium and are especially well suited for beautiful pantry storage or for taking food with you.

This screw-on lid is especially useful for to-go use: in addition to the vacuum, the lid is mechanically screwed onto the jar thread, so it cannot simply be shifted or pressed down by outside pressure in a backpack, bag, or tote.

2. AnySeal - for maximum flexibility

With the new AnySeal System, the EcoSeal Pro becomes even more versatile. The AnySeal Adapter is inserted into the EcoSeal Pro. You then use matching AnySeal Lids to vacuum seal many of your own jars and containers.

The big advantage: the EcoSeal Pro no longer has to seal directly against the jar shoulder. Instead, the vacuum is created through the AnySeal Lid. This lets you keep using many existing jars and containers.

AnySeal is the right choice if you want maximum flexibility and want to use jars you already have. Important: with AnySeal, you do not use the jar's original lid, but a matching AnySeal Lid with a valve.

Do you also want to use your jars on the go?	Then Seal it! jars are especially practical. The lid is mechanically screwed on and therefore stays securely on the jar in a bag, backpack, or tote.
Do you want to use your own jars?	Then AnySeal is the right choice. With the AnySeal Adapter and matching AnySeal Lids, you can vacuum seal many existing jars and containers.
Do you want the best of both worlds?	Then simply combine both: Seal it! jars for everyday use, aesthetics, and to-go - AnySeal for maximum flexibility with your own jars and containers.
