Returns

We offer all our customers – regardless of whether they purchased a discounted product or not – a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return your item within this period without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is in like-new condition.
  • It is returned in its original packaging.

If you would like to make use of this guarantee, please contact us in advance here. We will coordinate the return process with you. Then, send the product to the agreed address. Once we have received and inspected the item to ensure it is undamaged, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, you are entitled to a free exchange. Please report the issue as soon as possible, and we’ll send you a replacement product promptly.

Non-returnable items

The following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:

  • Gift cards

Partial or declined refunds

We may not be able to offer a full refund in the following cases:

  • Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts – unless the issue is our fault.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period from the delivery date.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you want to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us here as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Once it has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes – but you can still make use of our return policy after receiving the product.
