How does it work?

Fill a jug with milk and add one portion of our starter cultures. You are completely flexible in how much yogurt you want to make. Anything from one jar (230 ml) to 6 jars (1.4 liters) is possible.
Pour the milk with the starter cultures into the jars and place them in the Yog it!. Put the lid on and switch it on.
After 6-8 hours, your Yog it! switches off automatically and your yogurt is ready. One batch makes about 1.4 liters of yogurt, ready to enjoy!

Why make yogurt yourself?
While many store-bought products contain sugar, flavorings, or additives, your homemade yogurt consists only of milk and live cultures. It also provides significantly more valuable probiotics for healthy gut flora, supports your immune system, and can even be easier to tolerate thanks to longer fermentation. From a health perspective, homemade yogurt is therefore not only more natural, but often also more nutrient-rich and digestible than many supermarket products.
Unbeatable creaminess
Homemade yogurt not only tastes fresher, it also has the better texture: you decide how creamy or firm it becomes - without watery separation or an artificially "smooth" feel. Longer fermentation creates a rounder, fuller flavor with a gentle tang. The result: velvety, dense, and exactly the way you like it best.
