From Grandma’s Garage to 10,000+ customers in the first year
Chapter 1
It all started in Grandma’s garage. Three friends with one shared vision: keep food fresh for longer — without plastic waste, without compromises.
With lots of passion, countless tests, and the firm belief there had to be a better way, we began packing and shipping the first products by hand. Every parcel was prepared by the three of us — with heart and soul.
Chapter 2
Thanks to your support, the garage soon became too small — stacks of parcels, boxes up to the ceiling. A few shelves turned into our own warehouse; a small project became a movement.
So we scaled up. Today we ship from our own warehouse in Austria across Europe. Over 10,000 customers placed their trust in us in just the first year. Trade shows, press, community — we keep growing and refine quality, service, and the details every day.
Chapter 3
We are nowhere near the finish line. In fact, our next stage of development is only just beginning. Step by step, individual products are becoming a thoughtfully designed kitchen ecosystem that we continue to develop, test and improve ourselves.
New attachments, smart lids, clever add-ons and entirely new ways to use them are already in the works. Many ideas start as a sketch, become a first prototype, come straight from the 3D printer and enter testing. We keep refining them until they truly fit into everyday life.
Our goal remains the same as it was on day one: to develop simple, robust and beautiful solutions that keep food fresh for longer, save time and make everyday routines with jars, pantry goods and drinks noticeably smarter.
We want to take Seal it! to the next level, not by offering more of everything, but through better ideas, careful development and products people genuinely enjoy using.
Lukas, Raphael and Philip — three friends who have been a team since childhood and are determined to rethink kitchen tools. We don’t always agree on everything, but we do agree on one thing: customer satisfaction comes first!
Lukas brings an architect’s systems thinking: precise, modular and durable. His eye for proportion, materials and detail ensures our devices do more than perform well — they also feel good and look good, from the first sketch to production readiness.
Superpower: design, ergonomics, prototyping.
Philip turns ideas into numbers — and numbers into momentum. He is responsible for sourcing, finance and the supply chain, negotiates with partners and keeps margins healthy. As new products scale, he builds the processes needed to support that growth.
Superpower: unit economics, supply chain, partnerships.
Raphael builds the tech stacks that power Seal it!: from the shop to data pipelines to logistics integrations. He automates where it makes sense and lays the groundwork so support is fast, the warehouse is smart, and marketing stays measurable.

We use the EcoSeal Pro for meal prep. Everything I vacuum seal in the fridge stays noticeably fresh for longer. It is brilliant for prepared meals.
