All orders are shipped by express delivery. Delivery currently takes 4–6 business days. In rare cases, delays may occur, for example during periods of particularly high demand or temporary supply shortages. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

2. Minimum Order Value for Free Shipping

We ship to all countries by express delivery. Shipping is free above a certain order value. The applicable threshold is shown directly at checkout.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will take care of a suitable solution as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
