about 80–100 g sunflower seeds

2 dates (pitted)

1.3 liters water
Instructions

(Optional, but recommended) Soak the sunflower seeds for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight). This makes the drink extra creamy and mild.

Add the soaked sunflower seeds and the pitted dates to the filter basket.

Fill the Milk it! with 1.3 liters of water up to the mark and put on the lid.

Attach the mixing head and choose, depending on what you want:

“Raw” for a cold drink

“Hot” for a warm drink (slower, but pleasantly warm)
