The perfect almond milk alternative – ideal for cappuccino & latte art, but just as good in your morning cereal. Creamy, mild, and naturally lightly sweet.
Prep time: 5 minutes (optional + soaking time)
Servings: about 3 servings (around 500 ml each)
Ingredients

1.3 liters water

about 60 g almonds

1/2 vanilla pod or a little vanilla sugar

1–2 dates (pitted)

1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Soak the almonds: at least 1–2 hours, ideally overnight (8–10 hours) for extra creaminess.

Add the dates, vanilla, and the (soaked) almonds to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to Milk it! and twist until secure.

Fill the container with 1.3 liters of water and add a pinch of salt.

Put on the lid and choose:

“Raw” for a cold almond drink

“Hot” for a warm drink (slower, but pleasantly warm)

After blending, froth as you like and enjoy.
Storage & tips

Keeps in the fridge for 3–4 days.
