The perfect breakfast – and just as good as a snack you’ll absolutely crave. Creamy, nutty, and nicely fresh: the ideal balance of pistachio sweetness with a light, delicate note.

Ingredients

180 ml homemade pistachio drink (made with Milk it!)

Pistachio pulp from the filter basket (left over from the pistachio drink)

50 g rolled oats

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp pistachio butter

1/2 tsp matcha (optional)
Toppings (optional)

2 tbsp chopped pistachios

2 tsp pistachio butter

about 50 g melted chocolate
Instructions

Add the pistachio pulp, pistachio drink, chia seeds, oats, pistachio butter, and maple syrup to a large bowl and mix well. Stir in matcha if you’d like.

Divide the mixture between two jars.

Top each jar with 1 tsp pistachio butter, drizzle with a little melted chocolate, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours) – then enjoy.
