Did you know that returns in Europe cause thousands of tonnes of CO2 every year? Every unnecessary shipment burdens our planet.
A return typically causes €15 in shipping and processing costs. Please understand that we cannot cover these costs in full – also out of consideration for the environment.
Why a return is rarely the best solution:
- You need to pack the parcel and take it to the post office.
- You pay the shipping costs.
- We have extra work for inspection & restocking.
- Every shipment increases CO₂ emissions.
- In the end, neither you nor we are fully satisfied.

Next steps
Please send the items safely and in their original packaging to our return address. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
If the VacuJars included in the EcoSeal Pro starter set have already been opened, feel free to keep them – we can’t resell them. If they’re still unopened in their original packaging, we’d be grateful if you could return them with the rest of the parcel. In both cases, you’ll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, this offer does not apply to Mason Jars or VacuJars purchased separately.
Once your return has arrived, we’ll check the condition of the products. If everything is in good shape, we’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. If we find significant wear or damage, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund.
Your return must reach us within 3 weeks. After that, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible.
