How to use

Pour-over coffee (hot):

1. Insert the filter.
2. Add medium-coarse ground coffee.
3. Slowly pour at 92–96 °C in circles; let drip for 3–4 minutes.
4. Remove the filter, attach the pour spout, serve.

Cold brew coffee:

1. Use coarse grind.
2. Add cold water; steep 12–18 hours in the fridge.
3. Remove the filter, attach the pour spout, pour.

Tea (hot & cold):

• Black tea ~3–4 min at ~95 °C; green tea ~2–3 min at ~80 °C.
• Cold-brew tea: steep 4–8 hours in the fridge, then serve with the pour spout.
